The Osher Lifelong Learning Program at the University of Wisconsin at Milwaukee is hosting “Hidden Gems of America’s National Park System” on Monday, December 14, 2020 from 10 AM until 11:15 AM. This will be an online program. Advanced registration is required.
Course Description: We’ll explore our national park system’s stunning hidden gems, places largely unfamiliar to the general public and all but serious park enthusiasts and rangers. We’ll cover sites from across the continent and into the Pacific and Caribbean, exploring lesser known but spectacular natural and historical parks that remain some of our National Park Service’s best kept secrets.
